The Raven – Modern Rentals in Vancouver’s West Side

The Raven is a new rental community on Vancouver’s West Side, located between Kitsilano and Point Grey. This project is Westbank’s first collaboration with Leckie Studio, a local design firm recognized for their modern, minimalist approach to architecture.

The Raven is part of an ongoing commitment to expand Vancouver’s rental housing supply. Once complete, it will offer approximately 164 secured rental units, with 20% of the residential floor area dedicated to moderate-income households — helping address the city’s growing need for inclusive, long-term housing.
